Marbella South, close to Orlando, Florida, may not be on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea but with your own private pool and the water splashing over the edge of your own spa, luxurious chairs & loungers & the hint of the natural orange groves in the air, I’m sure you will be able to imagine the rest!

Marbella South is a brand new development located in the Davenport area of Central Florida, in Polk County.  It can be found well off the beaten track of the US Highway 27 but close enough to reach all the fun things you want to do when you are here.

Polk County is an up-coming area & offers a large assortment of attractions in it’s own right, without ever needing to visit the wonders of Walt Disney World or the excitement of Universal Studios.  Cypress Gardens, Historic Bok Sanctuary, Fantasy of Flight are but a few of the local attractions but if Walt Disney is calling then you will be there in less than 25 minutes – door to door!  The new Polk County Tourist office – Outpost 27 – is close at hand to offer lots of helpful hints to help you make the most of your time in this amazing location.

Located just 5 miles south of the Interstate 4, Marbella South is ideally situated for all directions you may wish to travel in Florida.  Tampa is less than an hour and a half away & the Space Coast can be reached in 2 hours.  International Drive & it’s array of night life, restaurants and shopping malls is about 25 minutes away but with the new commercial development of Posner Park, Leisure and Retail Park, where you can find department stores such as JC Penney, Ross, Beltz and Target,  you have no need to look further for all those bargains to take home.  Walmart is also close by, less than 5 minutes down the road in the opposite direction – certainly the place to take the family!

Marbella South has been developed with family holidays in mind.  Careful thought has gone into creating a home that you will not only feel comfortable in but will give you plenty of room for your entire family.

Our Villa is  the Bimini Floor Plan. The front door opens onto a formal living area of the home with leather sofas to relax in & a dining area that will seat 6 people.  The floor plan is then separated by the stairs leading to the upper level.  This creates a good division whilst still allowing the home to have the open plan feel, so popular to this area.  The kitchen provides every modern appliance you will need during your vacation, should you decide to ‘stay at home’ and offers a comfortable Breakfast table in the  nook area & 2  bar stools at the breakfast bar.  The family living room at the rear of the villa has large sofas, a wide screen TV & looks out onto the pool area through large glass doors that create the ‘wall’ at the back of the house.  A powder bathroom is located opposite the rear exit door for easy access during the days at home  - in & out of the pool.  The master bedroom is located on the ground level & offers a magnificent suite for your pleasure.  We’ll be happy to accommodate your requirements.

The upper level of the villa gives you the remaining 4 bedrooms – 2 queen beds & 2 rooms with twin beds.  2 more bathrooms are situated between the rooms.

Your private pool has a spa too & luxury padded furniture all add up to a relaxing experience, whether it's sunbathing or just enjoying the outdoors & watching your family enjoy the delightful pool. So who can ever be bored?? Our Villa has exquisite furnishings, they are the best money can buy; all beds have oversized bedding for your comfort. You will not find this level of quality in your average rental home. We know you will really appreciate and enjoy these eloquent surroundings we spared no expense in choosing the perfect furnishings for your enjoyment.
